Q: How do I reserve a conference room?

Q: How do I request additional space?
A: You can reach out to CBRE directly at 703.905.0207 or contact your Property Management Team to assist with putting you in contact with the correct person.

Q: Where can I park?
A: 8280 at the Boro has access to one parking garage and a parking lot located in the front of the building. The parking garage is secured and primarily reserved for tenants, monthly permit holders and other approved personnel as designated by management. The garage can be accessed via the main entrance by turning into the driveway off of Greensboro Drive and continuing towards the rear of the building.

Q: Where can my visitors park?
A: Visitor parking is located in the front of the building and limited to 2 hours. If visitors need extra time, please have your office contact Property Management to receive a temporary parking pass.

Q: Do you offer car charging stations?
A: The property has five (5) charging stations, all located in the Tower 1 garage.

Q: Where can I park / store my bike?
A: Bicycle parking is located on the G1-Level of the garage. There is storage for up to 30 bicycles.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: There is a designated smoking area located in the front of the building with outside bench seating.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters are not permitted at the building due to the additional electrical load they draw and potential fire concerns. Please let Property Management know if you are experiencing hot or cold conditions, and we can adjust your space temperature as needed.

Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A. Coffee makers and other appliances are not permitted in the building due to the additional electrical load they draw.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: All requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the Tenant Center at least 24 hours in advance of the desired timeframe.
