CONFERENCE CENTER: The conference room is located on the first floor with an adjacent pantry that can accommodate meetings up to 45 people. FITNESS CENTER: The recently renovated fitness center is located on the first floor off the lobby. It includes a main exercise area with fitness equipment and locker rooms.

ON-SITE CAFÉ: The property also offers on-site dining by Perfect Pita.

OUTSIDE TERRACE: Take a break to enjoy some fresh air or take your work outside and take advantage of the Wi-Fi access.

AV SERVICES: The Boro District has partnered with Onyx AV to provide any AV meeting or event support. All requests should be submitted through The Boro App. Questions about AV support? Contact support@onyxav.com.

If your meeting or event extends until after hours, requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the Tenant Center at least 24 hours in advance.
